ApproveLink is software for auto repair shops. It turns an estimate into a customer approval link. Shops keep their existing shop system. ApproveLink is not a shop management system and is not a legal or compliance service.
The shop is responsible for the estimate, for getting the customer’s authorization, and for storing records. ApproveLink delivers the form and the signed copy to the shop.
Optional in-app texting sends a transactional message from ApproveLink with a link to the approval. Texts are not marketing. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Accounts are billed per shop location. Do not share one login across different locations. You must have the right to use customer contact information you enter.
