ApproveLink helps auto repair shops send a repair estimate to a customer for electronic approval. We process shop account information and the customer details the shop puts on a ticket (name, mobile number, vehicle, estimate lines, signature).
We use a customer mobile number only to deliver the shop’s transactional approval text and related service notices (for example HELP/STOP). We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Shops are responsible for obtaining the customer’s number in the ordinary course of the repair (estimate / repair order) and for keeping their own records. ApproveLink does not sell customer lists and does not send marketing texts.
Text messaging: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with how many estimates a shop sends you.
