ApproveLink helps auto repair shops send a repair estimate to a customer for electronic approval. We process shop account information and the customer details the shop puts on a ticket (name, mobile number, vehicle, estimate lines, signature).
We use a customer mobile number only to deliver the shop’s transactional approval text and related service notices (for example HELP/STOP). We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving repair service.
Shops are responsible for obtaining the customer’s number in the ordinary course of the repair (estimate / repair order) and for keeping their own records. ApproveLink does not sell customer lists and does not send marketing texts.
Text messaging: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with how many estimates a shop sends you.
